By accessing the Extrion Labs website, using our services, or engaging with us for any project, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in full, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the Extrion Labs website and services. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes your acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.

Extrion Labs provides professional creative and technical services including, but not limited to:

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Clients are responsible for providing the following throughout the project lifecycle:

• Accurate information — complete and truthful details about project requirements, goals, and constraints.
• Required assets — branding materials, content, images, video footage, and any other resources necessary for project execution.
• Timely approvals — prompt review and approval of drafts, mockups, and deliverables to keep the project on schedule.
• Clear communication — responsive and constructive feedback during all project phases.

Delays caused by the client, including late feedback or missing assets, may result in adjusted timelines and additional fees.

All intellectual property rights in client-provided materials (logos, images, text, footage, trademarks) remain the sole property of the client.

Upon full payment and project completion, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client in accordance with the signed project agreement. Until full payment is received, Extrion Labs retains ownership of all work product.

Extrion Labs reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project pricing, deposit requirements, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are defined within the individual project agreement signed by both parties.

Unless otherwise specified, a deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion and prior to final file delivery.

Late payments may incur fees and may result in delayed deliverables or suspension of ongoing work.

Delivery schedules are estimated based on project scope, complexity, and current workload at the time of agreement. Actual timelines may vary depending on:

• Project complexity and scope changes
• Number of requested revisions
• Client response times and approval cycles
• Availability of required assets and resources
• Third-party dependencies

Extrion Labs will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines and will communicate proactively if delays arise.

The number of revision rounds, scope of changes covered, and approval process are defined within the individual project agreement.

Revisions beyond the agreed scope or number of rounds may incur additional fees. Major scope changes requested after project commencement may require a revised agreement and adjusted pricing.

Final approval from the client is required before deliverables are finalized and ownership is transferred.

Either party may cancel or terminate a project in accordance with the terms specified in the signed project agreement.

In the event of cancellation by the client, any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced proportionally. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of project completion.

Extrion Labs reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms, fails to make payments, or engages in unlawful or unethical conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Extrion Labs and its team members shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Business interruption, lost profits, or lost revenue
• Losses beyond the scope of the agreed services
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered materials

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Some projects may require the use of third-party software, hosting providers, payment processors, APIs, stock content, or other external tools and services.

Extrion Labs is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third-party services. Clients agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms integrated into their project.

Third-party costs (such as hosting, domains, stock assets, or software licenses) are typically billed separately and are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Extrion Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
